I'm a teacher and I told my students that this weekend was my birthday.
Then I stupidly asked them to guess how old I turned. Did they say 25? 22? 27?
NOPE.
More like..... 46!!! 39!!! 34!!! 36!!!
The student that finally guessed under 30 got a prize from me.
I learned my lesson, don't ask how old people think you are... especially kids...
Dress: Thistles Boutique, Shirt: Shade, Leggings: Urban Blues, Socks: Target, Boots: Nordstrom
hahah yep! Not good for the old ego, asking kids your age! Oh I didn't mean 'old' ego. heeehee....
ReplyDeleteps. I want those socks. They are so cute!

Too funny! I totally agree. We love how honest kids can be, but that same honesty sure can hurt your feelings!
ReplyDeleteLove the sweater + high heeled hikers. Your outfits are always soo cute!

(sorry I had a typo in my blog address in the first comment)
Ugh, kids! My oldest thinks I'm in my late 30's... still a little while before I hit 30 so that was a slight ego check. ;) I love the leggings with your dress. I'm finding leggings to be quite functional these days!
ReplyDeleteThis outfit is adorable! You mixed all gray, brown & black perfectly!
