Watercolors

I've had this shirt forever and it's always reminded me of a watercolor painting.

 I consider fashion to be art, I'm sure most of you reading this would agree.  I love seeing people's styles that are different from my own.  It's so fun to see different ways people express themselves through fashion.

I also love those people who could care less about fashion.  What's important to some people, is not important at all to others.  I honestly love the differences in people.  If we all cared about the same things, how boring would that be?!?  I also assume that as life goes on I'll have different interests and things that I want to my put time into.

Farm House

A Day in the Park

Makin' Your Mouth Water

Estes Park was full of yummy candy stores, cookie shops, and taffy galore.  And would you believe that the only thing I came away with was an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and some cinnamon discs.  What an odd combination...

My Perfect Hat

Nick and I went to Boulder to spend the evening.  We took the camera, because we knew it'd be the perfect place for pictures.  But what we didn't know was that I was going to find my perfect hat.  I've been looking for a fedora for the past little while and all I could find were ones that were flimsy and looked ridiculous on me.  But alas, walking down Pearl Street in Boulder we saw this cute little hat vendor.  I knew it when I saw it, I had to have it!

Estes Park

Loved Estes Park, Colorado.  It's a quaint little town, with a beautiful lake right in the middle, and tons of fun little shops.  It's also the home of the Stanley Hotel, which is where The Shining was filmed.

Thrifted

I am feeling quite proud of myself for purchasing my first thrifted item.  And the great news is I really love it.  I went today for my first time and saw this skirt and was so excited that it was only $4.00!  I could really get used to this thrifting thing.

Sunset & NikiBiki

There is something so peaceful about a sunset.

Someday I'd love to have a huge back porch with huge chairs to lounge in so I can watch as sun sets.

This sky literally looked like a painting.

Now, let me tell you a little secret.  You must get yourself a NikiBiki Shirt.  This is what I'm wearing in these pictures and it is about the most comfortable shirt I've ever owned.  The fabric is SOOOO soft and really stretchy.  In fact it's a one size fits all.  I looked up their website and you unfortunately can't order it online unless you are a retailer.  But, you can google where you can find them.  I found mine in Draper at a store called LUX.  It's worth it, I promise.
