1 Year

It's honestly been the best year of my life.  It's such a great feeling to know that I made the best decision I've ever made a year ago.  I am still trying to wrap my head around the fact that I get Nick forever, that he's not going away, that I don't have to protect myself incase he leaves.  He's here for good.

People have asked me, "Is the first year hard?"  To which I honestly have to say, "No."  Does it take work?  Yes.  But, it's not like a chore that you've been putting off for days.  It's work that you look forward to doing, work that comes naturally, and work that pays off immediately.  This is what I've always wanted.
